Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) Testing

Our bodies are unique; so are our caloric needs! Take out the guesswork and schedule a simple non-invasive RMR test. 

The RMR Test will takes approximately 10 minutes, is easy and effortless. You will breathe normally while the machine calculates how your body uses oxygen. Relax and just breathe. After the test, you be provided immediate results!

Your RMR test will reveal the speed of your metabolism. It will also show how many calories you burn throughout the day, even without exercise or movement. With this baseline number, you can create a better nutrition plan to reach your goals - whether it’s weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain. 

Pre-Appointment Checklist: 

•  Please do not work out before the test. In order for us to get the most accurate data, avoid exercise and strenuous physical activity. 
• If you eat before the test, it will spike your metabolism, which will impact the data we gather. Please fast for at least 4 hours before your test to receive the most accurate reading. 
• No stimulants should be consumed within 6 hours before your test. Unfortunately, this includes coffee, BUT bring it with you for after your test!
