Hypnotherapy was my healing after having experienced childhood trauma compounded with multiple traumatic events as an adult. I decided that I did not want the things that happened to me to shape me into an angry person. Hypnotherapy, along with Internal Family System and Sand tray Therapy, helped me find a way to begin to heal, and I want to share that healing and wellness with others.
